Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing JB Charging. This Refund Policy applies to all hardware purchases made through our website, including charging stations, bundles, accessories, and any related products (collectively, "Products"). Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at team@jbcharging.com with your order details.
Once a cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. POST-SHIPMENT POLICY
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of a defective or damaged unit as described in Section 3 below. This applies to all products, including individual units, bundles, and combo packages.
We encourage all customers to review our products page and distributor guide thoroughly before placing an order. Our team is also available to answer questions prior to purchase — please book a call if you have any concerns.
3. WARRANTY COVERAGE
All JB Charging hardware products are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions
- Units that are dead on arrival (DOA) or non-functional upon first use
- Units damaged in transit (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by operating outside of recommended conditions
- Consumable parts (e.g., power bank batteries after 500+ charge cycles)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at team@jbcharging.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video demonstrating the problem. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Replacement: We will ship a replacement unit or part at no additional cost to you.
- Refund: A full or partial refund issued to your original payment method.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Products that have been used, installed, or deployed
- Orders cancelled after shipment (except defective unit claims)
- Shipping and handling fees (where applicable)
- Branded merchandise (shirts, caps, stickers) once shipped
