What your customer does

A charged bank unlocks and slides out, cables already attached. Nothing for your venue to hand over or keep behind the bar.

They stay at the table, on the floor, or in the crowd instead of hunting for a wall outlet — which is exactly why venues want the machine there.

Return it to any station
They push it into a free slot at any JB Charging station and billing stops on its own. Nobody has to come back to the same venue.
You set what that costs them. Pricing is per 30 minutes, hour or day from your distributor portal — most distributors run $3 per 30 minutes with a $20 maximum, and charge more where demand is higher.

Lost or damaged power bank?
We send a free replacement so the machine is never sitting there with a dead slot.
Renter needs help at 1am?
Support is on the machine, in the app and on the receipt — they contact us, not you and not the venue.
Connectivity?
Built-in 4G SIM at no charge, Wi-Fi as a fallback. Plug the machine in and it comes online.

The things people ask once they have seen the machine.
No. They can tap the built-in card reader with Apple Pay, Google Pay or any contactless card and start a rental in seconds. The JB Charging app (iOS and Android) is there for people who want it — it maps every station on the network — but it is never required.
